Can I return my purchase?

That depends on when it was purchased and what the item is.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about something you purchased or it doesn’t quite fit, we’re happy to accept a return provided it meets the following criteria:

  • Return within 30 days of purchase
  • Return with your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item must be in perfect unused condition
  • All tags and labels need to be attached
    • Swimwear must have protective gusset attached

These products are not eligible for change of mind return:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Cosmetics
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale/Clearance
  • Seconds


If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will sort you out with an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine, if you don’t have that get in touch and we will do our best to track it down.
