How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress with Australia Post.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days for standard and international delivery. 

Express orders will leave the same day if placed before 2pm on a business day or the next business day if placed after 2pm or on a weekend. 

Please note: Tracking information can take up to five business days to become available for customers in WA, or in rural or regional areas in other states.
